Challenge
Fireman's Fund provides personal and commercial insurance products nationwide. Insurance agents were using multiple custom applications with differing interfaces to quote, issue, bill and process claims. Error rates were high and incremental staff was needed to fill the shortfall.
Solution
Design of a modular, reusable UI design system was used to update all insurance claim applications with a consistent user interface. The result was a 3-fold increase in capacity using the same resources and a equivalent decrease in errors.
