Paul Giurata, Managing Partner, Lead Solution Architect
Paul is considered one of the pre-eminent UI application designers in the U.S. with operating experience in diverse technology companies. As Catalyst's lead solution architect and managing partner, Paul is active in most SaaS and modular UI design engagements. Paul began his career at the Apple Multimedia Lab. His later work helped quantify the connection between a positive user experience and bottom-line financial results. Paul holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from University of Colorado and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
Michelle Mon Pere, Partner, Director of Business Development
Michelle brings more than a decade of experience in business development and client services for enterprise software and professional services. At Oracle, she was responsible for major account sales and account management for commercial and government customers, including American Express, Department of Energy, U.S. Army, Lockheed, Martin Marietta and Rockwell. Prior to entering the field of technology, Michelle worked for Arthur Andersen in both the Audit and Tax Divisions. She attended Smith College and San Jose State University and holds a Bachelors of Science in Business.
Zach Brown, Director of Technical Services
Zach is responsible for providing technical direction, support and guidance relating to all aspects of the company's RIA development and design services. He additionally brings specialized experience in transaction-based software, collaboration systems, and streaming media. Prior to joining Catalyst, Zach held senior-level software development positions for numerous technology companies.
