This research identifies the primary design challenges that organizations face when migrating to SaaS. The data is derived from intake interviews of 60 of our SaaS design clients. All clients were either migrating their existing on-premise application to SaaS, developing a new SaaS or updating their current SaaS offering. The questions address both the problems organizations were trying to solve and their concerns about how to solve them.
