Catalyst Resources designs high-performance RIA to simplify emergency notification.
Challenge
3n is a global mass notification system provider. Their emergency notification system, widely used on college campuses, needed enhanced clarity and simplicity for setting up notification directories, sending messages, tracking receipts, and visualizing the results in emergency scenarios.
Solution
Catalyst identified user needs and behavior during an emergency. Then created a new, high-performance RIA design, based on "emergency scenario templates" which simplifies use and enables contact of hundreds of thousands within minutes during an emergency.
